Hardware Maintenance Contracts

A few of our clients put printers and computers on hardware maintenance. The coverage is usually determined by the age and use of the item, as well as how hard it may be to get parts. It is renewable at any time and covers labor on any hardware defects that are out of manufacturer's warranty.

Software Maintenance Contract

Most of our clients opt for a block of hours under contract.  We offer this at a reduced rate of $100/hour instead of the usual $145/hour.  It is renewable at the end of the yearly term, or whenever the hours are exhausted.

Printer Repair

CNS is factory authorized to fix most Hewlett Packard laser printers, including: II[P/D], III[P/D], 3[4/5]si, 4[5/6]L, 4[M/+/M+/V/MV], 5[M/N], 4000/4050/4100/4200/4300/5000, 8000/8100/8150, 1000/1100/1200/1300, 2100/2200/2300, 3100/3150/3200, Color 5[M], Color 3700/3800/4500/4600/4700/5500/8500/8550], and 9000/9100; most InkJet/DeskJet models; most Okidata Laser and Dot-Matrix printers; and most Lexmark laser printers.
